objeto de tratamiento por parte de FUNDACION JUAN CRUZADO VERTICE SALUD con CIF G92158708 y con
domicilio en MALAGA (MALAGA), C.P. 29010, CALLE PAGANINI Nº 7, con el fin de mantenerle informado de las
distintas vacantes a un puesto de trabajo que se produzcan en nuestra organización. En caso de que su perfil
profesional no sea de interés, sus datos serán destruidos.
La base legal del tratamiento de sus datos se encuentra en el consentimiento por usted prestado.
Sus datos no se cederán salvo en los supuestos en los que exista obligación legal o usted haya prestado su
consentimiento,
Los datos proporcionados se conservarán hasta la adjudicación de un puesto de trabajo y/o en su defecto
durante un plazo máximo de tres años, transcurrido el cual se procederá a su destrucción o hasta que usted
ejerza su derecho de cancelación.
Usted tiene derecho a obtener confirmación sobre si en FUNDACION JUAN CRUZADO VERTICE SALUD
estamos tratando sus datos personales y por tanto tiene derecho a ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación,
limitación del tratamiento, portabilidad, oposición al tratamiento y supresión de sus datos mediante escrito dirigido
a la dirección postal arriba mencionada o electrónica fundacion@verticesalud.org adjuntado copia del DNI en
ambos casos, así como el derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la Autoridad de Control (aepd.es).
